Pricing & Minimums

The minimum opening order is $150 CAD and $100 CAD for re-orders. Please note our minimum quantities vary per product.

Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed via email at support@whitedeerstationery.com - please contact us for wholesale pricing. Payments are accepted through our website and will be processed at time of ordering.

Fulfillment Time

Our fulfillment time for wholesale orders range from 5-10 business days prior to shipping. Larger orders may require additional time to process. If you require barcoding, or require your order to be expedited please email support@whitedeerstationery.com.

Shipping

We are pleased to offer discounted, tracked shipping for all wholesale orders through Canada Post. Buyers are responsible for all additional international shipping charges such as duties, taxes, etc. White Deer Stationery is not responsible for carrier delays or damage.

Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. We do not offer returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. If you received a defective item, please email us at support@whitedeerstationery.com with images of the defective item(s).

Packaging

All greeting cards come with blank interiors and include a coordinating paper envelope. Individual cards come in a protected cellophane sleeve, box sets are packaged in a clear plastic box.

Hand Made Items

By purchasing from White Deer Stationery, you agree to embrace the uniqueness of our hand made products. Slight variations may occur, but we promise that each item is made with love and care. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our friendly customer service team.

Resale Information

White Deer Stationery products must only be sold via the retailer's direct store website. Selling our products through any third party online resellers (such as Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, etc.) is not permitted.

Display & Social Media

All products should be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Box or packaged sets may not be broken apart and sold individually.

Product Photography Terms of Use

Photos of our products may be downloaded directly from our website for use by retailers only. Retailers that use our product photography for their social media channels are asked to provide clear and visible attribution to @whitedeerstationery. This attribution should be included in the caption or description of the post, and should clearly state that the image is from White Deer Stationery. This helps to avoid any perceived copyright issues and ensures that proper credit is given.

By using our product photography for your social media channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of use.
