U.S. Shipping Update
We've had to pause shipments to the United States while we determine the best way to comply with USMCA requirements. We are waiting for updates from border customs and may need to make adjustments to our products and packaging to ensure full compliance so that we may continue to operate as usual and provide duty free service to our customers.
At this time, all U.S. orders are paused until further notice. There may also be delays once shipments resume. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these changes, and we look forward to serving our American customers again as soon as possible.
Loyalty & Wishlist Program Updates
You may notice some of our features have been changed or removed. With the realities of today's economic climate, we've had to make difficult choices to keep our shop sustainable. Pressing pause on our loyalty rewards and wishlist programs wasn't easy—we loved offering them as a way to connect with you, celebrate your support and make your shopping experience extra special.
We'll continue to run sales and share freebies, just in a simpler way without the apps. Our hope is to bring back programs like these in the future when the time is right. For now, our focus is on creating the products you love most.
