A Note on the Canada Post Strike

Canada Post is currently experiencing a strike, which may lead to some delivery delays. While we are still processing and packing orders as usual, deliveries could take a little longer than normal. Please consider this before placing an order.

We are optimistic that the situation will be resolved soon, and in the meantime, we're exploring other shipping options to help minimize any disruptions.

Order Processing

We strive to process new orders in the most timely manner possible. Our current processing time is 1-6 business days.

Processing time is the time it takes us to process your order prior to shipment and may vary during high volume sales events. During sales events, the processing time will be noted in the banner at the top of our website. We may require the full allotted processing time where orders may ship the following business day; thank you for your patience!

Shipping Methods

We are pleased to offer free shipping within Canada & to the USA (for orders over $75 CAD). There may be additional shipping fees that will be calculated based on order total and destination address.

  • International orders may be delayed due to postal processing/customs/local strikes/etc.
  • Buyers are responsible for all additional international shipping charges such as duties, taxes, etc.
  • Shipping is offered to our customers at a flat rate which includes postage and packaging materials and may not reflect the exact postage stated on the package. Refunds for shipping will not be given, nor will you be asked to pay for additional shipping should it be required.

Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary depending upon which shipping method is selected at checkout.

Please be aware that there may be shipping delays. This could be due to a various reasons such as holidays, inclement weather conditions, customs processing, postal service disruptions, etc. Due to this, we kindly ask for your patience while your order makes it's way to you. If you have not received your order 2 weeks after the standard estimated delivery window has passed (as shown below), you may contact us at support@whitedeerstationery.com.

International countries with lower mail deliveries from Canada Post may have longer delivery times with shipping estimates being close to 35-45 business days.

Within Canada: 3-15 business days
United States: 4-25 business days
International: 6-35 business days

Please be aware that there may be shipping delays. Due to this, we kindly ask for your patience while your order makes it's way to you. Please purchase the "upgraded shipping" option at checkout for tracking and insurance on your package. If this option is not purchased, the buyer is responsible for any possible costs to re-ship.

International Orders

Regrettably, we are currently unable to ship to the United Kingdom.

Unfortunately, White Deer Stationery cannot be held responsible for any damaged items shipped through a forward shipping company and any associated initial and/or return shipping costs.
